In society, women are often judged and compared to each other based on their appearance and clothing choices, focusing on superficial aspects. In Hollywood, when a celebrity couple splits up, it is usually the woman who faces criticism and blame, being portrayed as the one who has failed and left alone. This double standard is unfair and outdated. When was the last time you heard of a divorced, childless man being labeled as a spinster?

Speaking about workplace harassment, Aniston mentioned that she has encountered inappropriate advances from fellow actors, but she always knew how to handle the situation by walking away. Fortunately, she has never experienced anyone in a position of power trying to make her feel uncomfortable or using their leverage over her.
